Dear Maple Industry Leaders, I hope this message finds everyone healthy and enjoying the summer after a successful 2020 sugaring season. Like many this year, despite the ongoing pandemic PMRC had a recent season of production. We were also able to successfully complete many research projects, the results of which we will be happy to present when able. Because of the ongoing cancellation of maple meetings and restrictions in travel, I would like to bring to your attention several resources that the UVM Proctor Maple Research Center and UVM Extension Maple Program offers to maple producers (below). I would very much appreciate your forwarding this message to all your members and/or including it in your association newsletters (print or email). It is clear that the maple industry is growing and thriving due to the willingness of all segments of maple to generously share knowledge. As always, we appreciate constructive comments on our work and suggestions for future research and educational projects. Sincerely, Timothy D.
