OMSPA 2020 AGM
With the postponement of our Summer Tour this year, we will be holding our AGM using Zoom on Friday July 17th at 8 am. The agenda will be much the same as usual, but of course the logistics will be different. Access to the meeting will be available over the internet, or by telephone. Here are the details:

You must register in advance. Please do so as soon as possible to avoid a crush just before the meeting. After registering, an email will be sent with an agenda and the financials.
For internet access to the meeting, the registration confirmation email will contain a link for you to click on. Follow the prompts after that.
If you have registered by email, but don't have the bandwidth to join over the internet, you can use the call in phone #, meeting ID and password in the confirmation email to join the meeting by telephone.
To register for telephone access only, call the office and I will give you the phone number, Meeting ID # and the password.
Please start logging in around 7:45 am to allow time for problems.
