This presentation will discuss the different business practices of modern maple producers as they seek to improve viability. We will look at the financial situation for maple producers across a variety of business models and scale of operation. We will also discuss several business to business relationships (tap rental, leases, partnerships, etc…) and review UVM legal planning resources that can help you establish agreements between businesses or landowners.
